ZUMBA Gold®

Zumba Gold® classes are typically 45 minutes long and provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults or those wanting to get back into exercise. 

    
The easy-to-follow program lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It's an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class, that feels fresh and most of all, it’s fun!

A great way to get fit and socialise, come along and give it a go.
